Lise is a retail leader with a customer-first approach, driven by core values: people focus, passion, integrity, and a winning mindset.
As Director of Retail at Voice, she leads MATCH, VIC, Boys of Europe, and their online shops, shifting from production-driven to consumer-driven operations. Previously, she led ECCO’s omni-channel transformation in Europe and managed VERO MODA’s global retail.

With over 15 years of experience in the sports industry and even longer in retail, Leonardo Cardona leads Anton Sport Bekkestua. Under his leadership, Maze has become an integral part of daily operations for both him and his team.

With over 20 years in tech and business development, Tom Endresplass has shaped Maze’s customer success program and led projects with over 100 international brands across 10+ countries.
His passion lies in the intersection of technology and people, and using the right methods to drive change. He believes developing people isn’t just about results; it’s about making them happier, prouder, and more confident in what they do.

With over 25 years in retail tech, Frode Berg has worked across Europe, the UK, and North America, helping businesses turn data into action.
As a founder and CEO, he’s seen firsthand that when store teams get the right insights in the right way, they step up and reveal the superpowers they already have, and create better results and a stronger customer experience.

With over 19 years in information technology and a decade in the hospitality and services sector, Gøril Wold Wægger brings experience from sales, coaching, retail, and project management. Since 2005, she has been a driving force at Maze, guiding retail clients toward frontline succes.
Gøril is also a featured speaker in Maze's webinars, where she has talked about the importance of measuring behaviour, how to use customer feedback effectively and how to lower the difference between retail stores.
