Hello! I am Mímir. I’m most known as the keeper of wisdom and knowledge from norse mythology, which was a great gig. But today, my goal is to help retail chains improve their customer experiences, gain loyal customers and boost their revenue. I do this by turning local customer feedback into actionable insights and recommendations for each store, helping the store staff unlock their inner superpowers.

Aside from having one big strategy across the entire chain, Mímir can recommend focus areas for each store based on insights from local customers. By allowing individual stores to choose a focus that leads to higher sales numbers, you can drive meaningful improvement across all locations.
