Jim has over 20 years’ management consulting experience. That includes over 11 years with a Big 4 firm where he was a partner responsible for business transformation, including shared services and post-merger integration.
A significant proportion of his career has been spent in sales and marketing roles including key account management, new product/service introduction and ventures into new markets.
Jim has spent a great deal of time with clients with a distributed environment, such as wholesale distribution businesses focused on increasing shareholder value through efficiencies, revenue growth and people productivity.

Andy has over 20 years’ learning and development experience, a significant part of which being with First Direct in a training and management development capacity.
Andy supports our key UK clients as they use Maze to transform their organisations focussing on all elements of people productivity and behavioural best practice.
His expertise covers customer journey mapping, integration of customer, people and financial metrics to drive lasting improvements in performance.
Chairman and MD of the Maze Group
Frode has over 20 years’ experience in managing distributed sales and service organisations in the UK, Europe and America. In 2004, he became one of the founders of the Maze group of companies, and has since led the company’s development and expansion into new markets.
Prior to co-founding Maze, Frode was the CEO of international sales and service companies listed on the Oslo Stock Exchange. He successfully implemented new ways of reducing performance variability across 100+ branch offices in an international service company. That’s how he became aware of the lack of practical methods and tools addressing variability. He therefore decided to establish Maze along with his co-founders in order to pursue the opportunity.
Executive Vice President Maze Group, Managing Director, Sweden
Bjørn is Executive Vice President of the Maze Group and is responsible for business development, internationalisation and partner support.
He is a seasoned business executive with experience in roles as Senior Partner/CEO/CFO roles in the management consulting, software and shipping/logistics industries, among those Head of Operations, KPMG Consulting, EMEA; Head of Strategy/CRM, KPMG Consulting, London; CEO/Senior Partner, KPMG Consulting, Oslo; and Partner, KPMG Corporate Finance.
Aside from his managerial roles, Bjørn has led numerous large and small consulting engagements within Strategic/Financial Management, Performance Management and IT/BI.
Managing Director – Denmark
Henrik led the expansion of Maze outside Norway and now has an impressive portfolio of clients. He has led Maze client projects with a strong focus on customer journey/feedback and also those where the emphasis has included best-practice sharing and people productivity.
His delivery experience covers domestic and international retailers within real estate brokerage, telecom, convenience stores, opticians, fashion, pharmacies and building materials. Maze & Partners Denmark currently serve clients in Denmark and across continental Europe (France, Benelux, Austria, and Switzerland)
Prior to joining Maze, Henrik had 15 years’ experience in sales, marketing and retail operations in various management positions.
